Research grant opportunities.
PIVOT includes funding opportunities from all disciplines including arts, engineering, humanities, health and medicine, social sciences, and natural sciences.
Internal funding for scholarly and creative projects. Internal competitions are routinely held for funding programs that limit the number of proposals that can be submitted from WVU.
In addition to the PIVOT system, many federal and state agencies and private foundations provide searchable databases of available funding opportunities.
Many agencies limit the number of proposals from a single academic institution.
